Refund policy
Returns at Chuck Brass are easy.
Unworn, non-sale products purchased from Chuck Brass can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason for:
- 1) an exchange / store credit, or
- 2) a full refund.
Sale items are final sale.
Please email us at info@chuckbrass.com and we will email you a return address label.
When you send your item(s) back to us, please include a short note with:
- 1) Your order number
- 2) What you need in exchange;
- 3) Or, if you'd like a refund or store credit
Before requesting an exchange, check the website to confirm we have the item in stock. If the item you need in exchange is not available when we receive your order back, we'll contact you.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect you return, you can expect to receive a refund confirmation email within 7 days. Please note that it can take up to 7-10 days for you credit card account to reflect your refund.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items are ALL SALES FINAL.
We don’t accept returns on Gift Cards.
If you believe the product was damaged in shipping (or if we sent you the wrong product) - please send us an email with pictures within 7 days of receipt.
